The stationary bike can tone and change the appearance of the legs, although their size depends on training and diet.

The stationary bike rarely makes your legs bigger on its own. Usually, it does the opposite: it reduces fat, improves muscle tone, and refines the look of the lower body when used regularly and with a reasonable load. The visible change depends more on resistance, training volume, and diet than on the machine itself.
